Howdy All Y'all

This seems like a safe place, I hope! My first time here, and I'm riding in on the slowest, saddest ole PC in these parts. It has one redeeming virtue: it still works well enough to register and post this. The slicker, fancier, newer one is over in the corner leaking trojans, worms, and virii all over the floor, while pop-ups parade madly across its contorted display, covering nearly every inch of the screen with come-ons, look-outs, and gotchas. In that one remaining patch of unsullied screen is a nice bright red box informing the world that, "Scan is Completed! Ain't no viruses in here, dude!"

So I was feeling all depressed about those unpleasant folk in the world who like to amuse themselves by ruining the days of the rest of us, when I happened onto this place. The whole idea of a forum where wizards come to help out the helpless is like a sunny day after a really bad storm. Makes you feel good about people again!

I'm sure glad that I hung onto this old beater, and I'm really glad that people will still go out of their way to help a stranger out of a bad spot. thumbup2.gif

Nice to meetcha!
Chuck

BC is your lifeboat! And since it expands as needed, there is always room for one more person.
Welcome to this friendly user community.
