Hello ferrari51592,
There are many posibilities as to the cause of the problem. Have you checked the audio options in the control panel? Did you make contact with the systems sound card? Are you using audio hardware from creative of Realtek or other providers? If so, look in the control panel for the providers options and check the settings for incorrect settings Does the system media player have any third party enhancements? Have you tried a different audio player? -------------------- Regards
