Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log. When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

The support at this site is provided by volunteers who give their time to help people because they feel good doing so. They do not get paid or receive any other benefits other than the pleasure of helping others.
We are a busy site and get many logs per day. I am sure someone could have helped when they got up to doing your log. If you would like to wait, then please let us know. If not, then you are obviously free to go elsewhere and we will close this topic. -------------------- Lawrence

Seems this is not the case now so why should I keep using this site any more. give me one good reason. I am not a free loader like others I am not happy with this reply things change sometimes for the worst and this is one. |

We appreciate your donation in the past, that does not guarantee that we will immediately respond to your queries in the future. In fact this site does not accept donations any more at all.
I am not going to try and convince you to stay here and use the site. That is your decision to make. You may feel that a lack of immediate response to your log, means that the support we provide is worse. In reality, though, all it means is that we are busier than we were when you last came to us. I am sorry if this is not what you want to hear, but unfortunately it is the best we can offer at this time.
