Somewhat difficult to give a straight answer to this question. Some AV's work better on some systems than others. That said no one AV will get it all.
You should keep one AV and Firewall + several layers of antispyware. Also you can run the free on line scan of another product for more protection. Currently I get McAfee enterprise 8.5 free from my school. Is that the best choice for antivirus or should I instead use something like Avast! or Avivra AntiVir? The reason I ask is that I have found 10 infections on my computer that McAfee completely passed over. Hello, Try COMODO Firewall Pro 3 & Avast OR Avira -------------------- |
