i got a emachines w3644 here is the link to the specs http://www.emachines.com/products/products.html?prod=W3644 and i think the motherboard socket is AM2, i was wondering if the motherboard could support a duo or quad core cpu if the socket was AM2 or if the motherboard wont support that. thx 4 n e help

That motherboard will support the AMD Sempron , Athlon 64, Athlon 64x2, Socket AM2.
