Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log. When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

while running the combofix for the code list, a message appeared in regards to kllkthue.dll.
could not run.(may be important) all help appreciated |

Please click your Start button then Click on Run and type in the following without the quotes: "notepad" Then copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) the following text in the codebox, CODE File:: C:\WINDOWS\BMabbe4c56.xml C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtsqq.PIF C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon .exe C:\WINDOWS\System32\kllkthue.dll Save this as CFScript.txt  Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe When finished, it shall produce a log for you, C:\ComboFix.txt. Post that log in your next reply. _________________ You are missing one important program on that computer: An antivirus. This is somewhat suicidal in today's digital world. You need to install an antivirus program as soon as you can and run a complete scan of the computer:Install it and then run a full scan. Let it quarantine/delete anything it finds. Let me know if there is anything that it reports but can not remove. Please post Combofix log and a fresh HijackThis log back here
