Out Of Range Error Printmaster program on Vista

my mom has a new hp computer with vista
she turned it on today and the black screen has a pink outlined box with the words "out of range"
the computer does nothing

this all started perhaps when she tried to load a printmaster program on the computer...it does not include vista among its systems to run on

please help...she is old and probally this will drive her crazy as she is trying to make a card for a friends special day

Sounds like the video settings got screwed up. You'll have to restart the computer and get into safemode Read this article for the fix

There are other freeware applications out there that she can use
Just curious, what do you consider too old for a computer?? :huh:
