Alright I followed the directions on how to get rid of everything. I did what I normally do to make it crash (Itunes, Audio Podcasts)...and it didn't crash, right away anyways.

After doing that, I clicked to load internet explorer, and then it crashed.

Think I should try re-installing the mouse with the new driver?

I reinstalled with the newest drivers, and it's still crashing. Any other ideas, or should I head over to the other forum?

Hey, sorry for the delay. For some reason your thread is the only one that does not send me an email that there has been a response.

I actually do not have thoughts on this. With the crashing starting around the same time as the mouse installation, it was and still is a pretty good guess. I have done quite a bit of searching on that mouse. I find that many people are having problems with crashing and there is no one answer as to how to fix it. Some just downloaded and installed the new drivers and it worked and some it did not and still don't have an answer.

Now if it is still crashing with the original mouse in...then it could be something else. Or maybe the new mouse wasn't uninstalled properly and the old mouse installed properly. I just don't know when I am not at your computer.

I suggest trying that other forum. The know of tools that I don't know of that may help detect what the problem may be.
