Hi all,

My name is Zol. I am from Mongolia. I have been working for a NGO for a 5 years. I have not have so much experience with the computer. Please help me improve my knowledge of IT or somewhat hehe. OK. Thank you very much.

If you've made to Bleeping Computer, it looks like you already have some enough experience for survival! Nice to have you here. As you'll probably notice, we're a small (well not that small after almost 200,000 registered members!) e-community. We're not all sages but we definitely have some here. Hopefully, we'll learn from them.

Hmm you mentioned Windows Explorer...

Do you mean Internet Explorer (The program used to browse the internet) or the actual Windows Explorer which allows you to browse files etc.?
