Creating A Doc With Pictures.

I want to create documents with edited pictures on them. What kind of programs do i need?

This is an example of what i'm trying to do.

What LNBs are you using

I would like to be able to save this as an image with the writing "What LNBs are you using?"so i can quickly give an standard reply to a question with a couple of clicks.

for email? ??? it wont happen, we as a generation are so paranoid about spam it is almost impossable to send rich text files if you are not known by the resiever, best thing to do is set up a web site, send out your web address, (witch will be blocked by any spam blocker) ive had to turn down £1,000s worth of work coz .ppl want to send rich text that i know wont get through
