I remember getting a warning not to go out side as we was going through the North Sea in some really ugly weather ( 60 ft swells in a semi-flat bottom "boat" sucks )

Sadly, years ago when I started smoking the only warning we had was that it would stunt your growth, heck I didn't care if I was tall or not!

The last Time I went out to eat (lunch) was with my brothers and sister near my sisters camper, Kinda fancy (tourist) restaurant, ordered my hamburger , my 8 Dollar hamburger and asked for a different bun (a plain one ) of which was completely ignored , as usually happens when I eat out.

Well today the family are on 4 weeks of down time in our own town doing a "getting to know the quaint spots in the city" and today when we were out and we had a hamburger, like you...only we got them to toast all 4 sides of the Bun until they were totally crisp.....My dr. says that rids of the most Carbohydrates by "toasting"....and so the "kids" eat it that way too ( inspite of the fact that it is what their parents wanted) and they raved about how great it tasted to them, so we hope that we are starting them out healthy,, without a Big Stomach!!

Try it!!! It is very healthy!!!

The greaaaaaaaat... "Mr. Mungo Jerry" !!!i still remember and love that song when it comes on the radio or we play some of our Summer Groovies with our great friends and enjoy the sunshine, a bar-b and a few sips!! That is what friends and memories are all about!!
