I got a phone from my cell provider but there is no CD.

They don't seem to know much more about it, other than here is the phone.

I want to be able to move files into and from my Motorola Razr v3i

Thanks crazy.gif

Hi Martel

HowardForums is an excellent phone forum. As far as the software is concerned, I bought my first phone from my local provider and had to pay for the phone tools software. I bought the other from the web and received the software free - Tiger Direct.

There are settings in the phone to allow communications with a PC.

Power the Motorola Razr v3i on.
On the keypad press the top soft key shaped like - or press the round button same thing.

Choose Settings/connection/ then choose the USB symbol.

That makes the phone connect through the mini USB, it will also charge there from the PC.
