Thanks

Thanks

It's possible it could be anyone of these:

SOL ... MATRA Prelude Solids
SOL ... Game Solution
SOL ... Flash MX SharedObject (Adobe Systems Incorporated

Adobe reader is for .pdf files. Do you have some sort of a flash player installed on your system?

hi got from the internet.

Quote

SOL files with Adobe Flash

The Adobe Flash player appears to leave .sol files on my PC. What are they?

They're SharedObject Local files that Adobe Flash uses to store data on your hard drive. This can include settings and video or game data. See Adobe support for an explanation of how they can be created. Flash can store up to 100K per site without asking for permission. However, you can control it. Right-click on any Flash object, such as a YouTube video, and select Settings. The Local Storage section provides a slider so you can choose how much the site can take, from none to unlimited, and see how much space it's using.

But i hope you not opening .sol for this reason.

1) People can get your username and password. You wouldn't want that, would you?

2) It is considered cheating, because people have to earn the secrets and flavors. This is not a commercial game where there are codes to unlock them, the only possible way to earn them is by completing the necessary requirements, and giving someone your .sol file to do this is virtually immoral.

Well, Goodluck for .sol file viewer hunting.

Mark

No, no, no.....there's this file that my son has gotten on the computer, and he's only 12. I'm trying to decipher it. From what I gather, it just stores, there's no way to actually open it. Thanks for the help.
