Hi my daughter has a pop in about win antivirus pro and we can't seem to get it out
Has anyone had this problem?

Hi thank you for your help, but it seems before I could do anything there is a new problem, when starting after log on
the normal screen is not there . I tried to hit start, acc. to get to sys. restore point. (she did not make one) but I can't seem to get anything to open???
