BleepingComputer.com: Word 2007 Spell Check Not Working

Re-formatted my computer and when I type something wrong in word 2007 the
spell check does not work. When I click on spell check I get a message "
cannot find proofing tools for English (US) If you have proofing tools try
installing or re-installing them"
Tried installing from the CD but still does not work. Hide spelling and
grammar errors are checked in grey .Cannot un-check them as they don't show
in black

Try completely re-installing Word.

Never come across this problem before but you could give it a try.
