SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
happening.

Bsod Memory Corruption?
#2
Posted 07 June 2008 - 04:56 PM
My computer use to get the BSOD because I had a defective stick of ram. The best thing to do is run memtest http://memtest86.com/ . Burn the .ISO image to a cd, and restart your computer. Make sure your computer is set to boot off the cd drive before the hard drive. The program should automatically start running, and you should let it go for at least 2 hours, but I usually just let it sit over night. It will tell you if it found any errors.
You can also take each individual stick of ram out at a time, to find which is the bad one. I doubt that all of them would be bad.
