Ned Help For My Computer's Recycle Bin.

i just happen to moved a folder which comes out an error 0x80070091 when i delete it 2 the recycle bin.
but now this folder is in the bin, but when i select the option 'empty recycle bin' it ask me for confirmation then i click yes.
but then the folder is still in the bin like nothing happened before. i cant even restore/move the folder out from the bin now.
can some1 help me? i hv tried 2 search for solution on the web, used ccleaner and disk clean even in safe mode but still no luck.
