Hello I Need Some Help got AVG antvirus on here and cant browse

hello i am new to this,just joined and need some help with unistalling this antivirus avg on my computer ,it wont let me use my browsner and always pops up.How can i get rid of this? Thanks a new user.

Hi Treesa
I assuming that you have tried the Add/Remove function from within the control panel.
You don't mention whether you're using AVG free or one of their commercial products?
