BSOD shows up with error code listed below:

Error: 0E : 0028 : 00000002

Where can I find this code and others listed to identify the problem?

MIcrosoft Knowledgebase

You can go to Microsoft's Knowledge Base and search on the error there. Enter the error exactly as shown on your BSOD. You can also find hints just by googling it.

If you want us to look it up, I will be glad too. Please list info as displayed on your bsod.

Good luck,

Rigel

Strangely enough, I didn't find anything on the Microsoft site. Even stranger, my computer screen went black - restarted on its own. Even ran scandisk saying computer was not shut down correctly.

No luck searching the web. I used both google and yahoo. Got a new code that I would like to see what it means, too. May have to try to send a message to MS directly.
