This occured on the 16th and the 17th. Then on the 27th I had a blue screen and my Trend Micro PC-Cillian was locked up when I rebooted. Dell Support Logged in remotely to fix the problem by uninstalling Trend. At the time I did not notice this error. From the 15th up until tonight IE7 has crashed 6 times. This is the common error message.

i am not very much on pc s yet but my aunts pc just recently crashed and i went to dell and got some drivers and reinstalled them now she is fine the support guy at dell told me what to go get not sure if this might help but good luck hope some1 helps u soon
