No Shutdown With Vista (also Errors See Below) ofcourse i read all the posts here , but did not found solution

got these error:

Process 1656 (\Device\HarddiskVolume1\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe) has opened key \REGISTRY\USER\S-1-5-21-3369160784-2796103008-462522468-1000_CLASSES\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache

user registry handles leaked from \Registry\User (\Device\HarddiskVolume1\Windows\System32\spoolsv.exe) Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Shell\MuiCache

AND PC ( vista home premium) won't shutdown anymore..
also use windows mail.

Its a HP Pavilion pc
