I do some sports trading on a well know Exchange and tried to use my new HP Notebook today for the first time.

I am unable to get the little 'place bets' box to operate. It remains under a thin veil and does nothing when i click on it. I have contacted the exchange about this but it may be a while before they reply, however the same thing happened when I tried to activate a box to disable something in Vista. I have IE in both the Laptop and my older PC. There is no problem with the PC.

I hope someone out there maybe able to help.

Thanks in anticipation.
John
