Isobuster Which file to burn?

Hi!I have a little problem,I have some mds and mdf files which I opened with isobuster and extracted,but my problem is that when I open mds or mdf file,the isobuster shows me 3 file groups,one of which it says iso, and 2 other,so which one do I burn?
'cause,2 groups are the same and the 3rd one is too,but has some additional files.Please,I need some advice,this is the first time I'm working with isobuster and those type of files,thank you in advance!
And do I burn extracted files from mds or mdf file?

I downloaded the files from internet so I don't know with which program they were created.
