Sub-folders In Gmail Inbox Is it possible to set them up?

I'm now using Gmail and wondered if it's possible to set up sub-folders in the Inbox as in Outlook Express and Windows Mail. I found it very useful having sub-folders for various specific people, being able to keep their emails all together.

I haven't found any way of doing this.

Yep, Raw is right!
I love this Gmail's option. It is great that messages can automatically be categorized under the new label.
