Disabling Dlg.exe/digital Line Detect

I am not sure how to disable start-up processes, but I would like to disable this from start-up. I will not need this for my desktop. Does anyone know how to do this.

If I posted in the wrong forum I apologize.

Go to Start and type in "Windows Defender" (without the quotes) then press on Enter
Click the Tools menu, then click on Software Explorer. That'll list your startups in great detail.
You can disable it from there. Don't select "Remove" yet - you may find that you need it back at a later point in time.

I tried that and the disable, remove, and cancel in windows defender is dimmed out for this entry. I will probably just leave it running, not causing any problems, was just curious.
