Java Wont Work I cant found the problem

Hi
My laptop OS is window vista sp1 and Java V6 update 6 is installed, the problem I am having is that Java wont work unless I disable user account (eventhough I have only an adminstrator account ) so I created a standard account and I found out that java work fine if I use the standard account only. But when I switch back to administrator account it will not work.

I did check the setting for both Internet Explorer and java setting and i reinstall jave without result

I am using the follwoing software (only if I am logged as an administrator )

Spybot - Search & Destroy
SpywareBlaster
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
