BleepingComputer.com: Unknown Hardware Causing System Crashes

My computer very regularly freezes/blue screens and I cannot determine what is the cause of it. It always crashes when I am trying to burn a dvd that I am making using Nero Vision version 4. I have updated the BIOS and all the drivers are up to date. Here are my specs:

I have gotten the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen.

I have tried formatting the hard drive and reinstalling everything and that did not work. I would post the dump file but I don't know how to get one. Please let me know what other information is needed.

Apparently Nero 4 doesn't work with Vista. You can check here to see updates:

I know that the program works on vista as i have it running on another computer. i tried installing that update and it did not help. here are some more error messages i have received:

It may work on another computer, but there's enough significant issues with it that it should be suspect on this computer.
