My computer very regularly freezes/blue screens and I cannot determine what is the cause of it. It always crashes when I am trying to burn a dvd that I am making using Nero Vision version 4. I have updated the BIOS and all the drivers are up to date. Here are my specs:

western digital wd5000aaks 500gb hdd
xfx geforce 8500gt pci express video card
2gb ocz platinum dual channel pc6400 memory
ultra 550w x2 psu
optiarc 18x dvdrw (2)

pinnacle pctv hd pci card
vista 32-bit enterprise
I have gotten the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL blue screen.
