Audio Out Of Time

When watching a downloaded video, sometimes the speaking is not in time with the actors lips, is there any way that i could fix this?

There could be any number of reasons of this.
1. Is this streaming video?
2. Is this video downloaded on your hard drive?
3. How big is the video?
4. What file format is the video?
5. How much RAM does your computer have?

This format should play OK... how big is the video? As in... pixel wise :thumbsup:

well it is a film so big flie,

width - 640 pixels
height - 384 pixels

Duration - 02:16:16
bit rate - 192kbps
audio format - mpeg layer-3

frame rate - 25 frames/second
data rate - 151kbps
video sample size - 24 bit
video compression - DivX

Hmmm, that shouldn't be too bad... What player are you using?
And are you sure the original video has everything in sync? It's moot trying to the player it if the video has problems ;D

could just be a crappy file too. maybe somebody's ripper messed up when they ripped it.

Play it in Media Player Classic & see if it's still out of sync. You can follow the instructions here >> Video/Audio Out of Sync or here >> How do I Fix Audio Sync in AVI File if necessary.
