Forum Guidelines
Read this topic before posting a log. DO NOT post a ComboFix log unless requested to. Only members of the HijackThis Team or Moderators are allowed to help people with logs. Anyone else should refrain from posting to another user's log. When posting a log please put the type of infection you have in the topic title. IE: Winfixer, Virtumonde, WinTools, WebSearch, Home Search Assistant, etc. Do not bump your topic. We try to resolve logs on a first come/first served basis. By bumping your log you will be pushed back in line due to the new date of your bump.

What do we want to know from you? The address of your topic, and this is how to get that. Go to your topic and copy the address from the address bar. Paste that in your post in this thread and someone will be along to help you. Sending me a PM will not work as my duties on this forum is not to handle HijackThis logs, but to support the people that do handle your log. Thanks for your understanding. Not sure if you consider the same day posted as part of the five days. Anyway here is my link. I was doing a little cross check on my processes in “Task Manager” comparing them to some of the search files you have on your site. While doing this I had a Proxy Open and a wuauclt.exe not that this has anything to do with things it was just weird. I thought I give you the heads up. I could not write down fast enough to get the proxy name. Could be an auto update or something? Who knows. My edit feature is missing so I could not make changes to the original post to add comments. If you wish I can run a new hijack log and post it as reply 2 but I do not want to make anyone think I am being helped already. Thanks in advance  |
