When posting your problem, do not run and post a ComboFix logs. ComboFix is a tool that should only be run under the supervision of someone who has been trained in its use. Using it on your own can cause problems with your computer. Any posts containing CF Logs will be ignored.

To receive help, you should instead provide a detailed description of your problem, detailed word-for-word error messages that you are receiving, screenshots of strange behaviour, and your operating system. This information is much more useful to our helpers than a ComboFix log.

Moving this post won't do much good for you as most of it deals with issues outside of malware. Please open up a new topic in the "Am I Infected, What do I do now?" in the security section. Post all of the information that you know about the Trojans and any symptoms that you are having. Be prepared to download and use different tools to rid your system of this mess. You may also be directed to the HijackThis forum so be prepared for that. Just follow the directions that the malware experts give you and be patient. This appears to be something that you won't be able to fix on your own.

I am going to suggest you UNinstall those two programs you recently downloaded; reboot and run a full scan with superantispyware

We seem to have two threads going, and everyone working a cross-purposes, which can only cause confusion both to the original poster as well as the Members attempting to help him.
I think the discussion should be confined to one thread, to which I direct all participants:

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic147810.html

Consequently I will close this thread.
