Hi, when I connect to MSN I am shown to my contacts as online, but on my screen all my contacts are shown as offline. Why is this and can anyone help please

Which version of MSN are you running?

In the main screen there is usually an option to choose 'sort contacts by status' or something similar... i.e. offline/online. Have you tried selecting that option?
