Problem With Built In Monitor Speakers

I have an external monitor connected to my desktop that his built in speakers. all of a sudden it started playing a hispanic radio station. its not the computer because no matter what computer i hook this up to, it starts playing the same hispanic radio station that is broadcasted locally. how do i fix this, what is going on? please help, thank you.

We have that problem locally from time to time. It's usually a pirate station boosting their output. Report them to the FCC. Why should you have to invest in shielded cables or anything
