Please do not use msconfig to control your startups. It's designed to be a troubleshooting tool, not a permanent solution.
That being said, you can open Windows Defender, select the Tools menu, then select Software Explorer. This will allow you to disable startup items easily. Another alternative (but a bit more complicated) is the free Autoruns program from SysInternals: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinte...s/bb963902.aspx -------------------- - John
