It looks like you may have a graphics driver problem. Go to Toshiba's website and and update your drivers.

I tried both Windows update and Toshiba's website to get my graphic to the latest version. But I still get the error.

What other symptoms are you having?
Have you run "perfmon /report" from the Start dialog? If so, did it report any conditions as errors/warnings? Have you looked at the Reliability monitor? Type "perfmon" at the Start dialog and press Enter. Expand the Monitoring Tools category and select Reliability Monitor - then scroll through the days and check for other errors. Have you checked Event Viewer for errors (other than the one above)? Of particular interest would be the System log, and any other errors in the Application log that may be associated with the explorer error. To do this, go to Start and type in "eventvwr.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter. Expand the Windows Logs section and view the errors in the System and Application logfiles. -------------------- - John

Nothing else really. I looked through some of the logs and I didn't see anything suspicious.
