It is a forum used by Members training to become a part of our HJT volunteer team of helpers. As you know, BC provides free help getting rid of malware on our Members' computers by the use (primarily but not exclusively) of data in the HJT log. To interpret this data, and to know appropriate measures to get rid of the malware the log finds, takes a great deal of skill and knowledge. BC maintains a school where qualified teachers guide and teach students in the use of diagnostic tools and appropriate measures to eliminate malware from computers.
Cheers,
John
