Welcoming to Bleeping Computer, please be sure you have read and followed the
Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log, Instructions for receiving help in cleaning your computer http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html All advice given is taken at your own risk. You are infected, I suggest you keep this computer offline except when troubleshooting, the junk may download more. If you have any tool I use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do. You have some problems, including this: http://www.castlecops.com/tk42835-targette...r_enhancer.html and this: http://spywarefiles.prevx.com/RRGJBH044532...GMGR11.EXE.html There may also be more. If you still need help, start like this. 1) Review the directions you missed, pinned also at the top of the forum. 2) You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nav.n...000031316555206 "Microsoft recommends that you have only one anti-virus program installed on your computer." http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...5120300087.html http://www.smartcomputing.com/editorial/ar...38s07/38s07.asp C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\ C:\Program Files\Alwil Software\Avast4\ (uninstall one of those) 3) C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_05\ <<< Java is BADLY out of date see this: http://forums.spybot.info/showpost.php?p=1...amp;postcount=2 4) Post a new HJT log using Add Reply. Thanks -------------------- MS-MVP Windows Security 2007-08

Thanks for returning your information, proceed like this.
We will try it with HJT first: 1) How to make files and folders visible: Click Start > Open My Computer. Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options. Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders. Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option. Click Yes to confirm. Click OK. You may reverse this for safety when we are finished. 2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune http://www.atribune.org/public-beta/ATF-Cleaner.exe Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later. 3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items: O2 - BHO: targettedbanner.biz browser enhancer - {16B435F6-B6CE-4F24-A568-944B27ED919C} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\atgban.dll O2 - BHO: (no name) - {3D415385-66DD-47B8-B9EA-0033884A72AF} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmnooljJ.dll (file missing) O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{24-45-54-48-DW}] C:\WINDOWS\system32\winz1\begmgr11.exe DWram O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [PostSetupCheck] C:\WINDOWS\System32\Rundll32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\system32\atgban.dll" DllStart O4 - Startup: DW_Start.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\winz1\begmgr11.exe Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked" 4) Right click Start > Explore and navigate to these files/folders and delete them if there. C:\WINDOWS\system32\winz1\ <<< delete the folder and contents C:\WINDOWS\system32\atgban.dll <<< delete the file 5) Run ATF Cleaner Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program. Click Select All found at the bottom of the list. Click the Empty Selected button. Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program. Restart and post a new HJT log, let me know how the computer is running. Thanks -------------------- MS-MVP Windows Security 2007-08

Thanks for the scan results, we still have a few issues, let's see if we can do this manually.
Make sure you can see all files and folders: http://www.xtra.co.nz/help/0,,4155-1916458,00.html Navigate to and delete these files/folders in red. Folder and contents C:\WINDOWS\system32\aqVreo18\ Files C:\WINDOWS\system32\eekaodex.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\fgkcjham.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\jhriotsc.dll C:\WINDOWS\system32\luvqeuyu.dll Empty the recycle bin and run a new KOS which should be clean, no need to post a clean scan, just let me know. Tell me how the computer is running also. Thanks -------------------- MS-MVP Windows Security 2007-08
