Hi!

The latest motherboards (any brand) if loaded with Windows later than Win XP Pro SP2, the accompanying driver will not be accepted, it is saying that the operating system loaded is not supported. So, you are obliged to load the Win XP Pro SP 2 instead. I have no SP2 and I have only Win 2000 Pro and Win XP Pro SP1. Anybody can help? Thanks. Careless

Ditto to garmanma's post. You'll want it bootable. Another guide here.
You can download the full SP2 package from here as well.
