in the safe mode tutorial

the html is incorrect

needs to be

that way it can go to the anchor name on the same page, not look for a different page

Hi, I removed the post. I also made mention of this in the Mods forum as I had noticed this and later I saw this thred. So I or someone will updaate this when possible.
