I had a computer badly infected by a virus. It was nessessary to wipe and reinstall the operating system. So I am trying to load everything back on. In the process this computer is connected to a network. I have the tcp/ip address but am lost from there. any help would be appreciated.Thank you Wanda

Ok we are going to need some extra information.

Make Model of Router?
Connecting via wire or wireless?
Make Model or ethernet or wireless card on you're computer?
If wireless are you using any kind of encryption (WEP or WPA)?
