I am a begginer writing an access 2007 database for personal use. I bought the dummies access 07 book and made a pretty good start. Now I need to write events using to start, the onClick event. The idea is that if the response of a cold call is do not call back, then the control that holds the next call date (nextcall) should be either disabled or not visible. I have tried so many times but when the radio button for do not call is pressed, nothing happens.its frustrating and i wondered if anyone could help me get it right. hopefully with the right code i can learn the rest. also i would like the code to make the next call control (date mask with date picker) to be visible again if the do not call radio button is turned off. please help, thank you so much for your time and help, Darren -------------------- A Smile is a universal language. This is a general programming forum, therefore we aren't psychic. It would be helpful if we knew what programming language you are using.

I am sorry, Access uses Visual Basic script I believe.
