Nope. You can safely delete all except the latest, Java 6 Update 5.  The others are just wasting space.

Java "updates" are complete releases of the entire application, so you only need keep the most current version, as Rowal555 suggested.

Perhaps unnecessary to mention but does no harm:

The old Java versions should be removed for security reasons.
