hi omaroo,
still having this problem? what type of encryption are you using on your access point/router, if it's WPA/WPA2? If it is that only means that your current Windows XP version does not have supoprt for WPA, here's one or two things that you could do; - change the encrytion type to WEP(64/128 depending on your preference) - download the patch for WPA on the microsoft website; http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en or you can check out this article for further information on the problem your dealing with; http://support.microsoft.com/kb/826942 Hope this solves your problem with the wireless connection on your XP laptop. |
