I'm just sick of them now cant stand them i mean just think about it How would you like to be recorded what you do on the internet from some low spying company? is there anyway i can block them?

If you use Firefox, you can set the Privacy tab to accept cookies, but designate how long to keep each of them as they are encountered (and then keep them only for the current session).

Cookies are not only used for tracking purposes; they are also used for content management and customization purposes. Some websites, such as Amazon.com, use cookies to track those products you may be interested in, and deliver content based on those products. Other websites (such as this one) use cookies to store passwords. Sometimes they are used to remember custom configurations for websites.
Your ISP knows everywhere you visit on the web. ISP's have the ability to tailor content based on your habits also. It's really no different.

hmmmm... yes that is one way but how to block those exact cookies i just don't like the idea of people looking what you do it's just like spyware but the stuff that can't do anything to your PC but look what you do on the net

as jgweed said, with firefox you can do it
tools -> options
privacy tab
then, under 'Cookies' click Exceptions
type in the site from which you don't want cookies and click block
