i own a compaq presario SR1530IL desktop...... with intel® 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset....which workes fine on windows XP....i now want to shift to Vista Ultimate but windows vista upgrade advisor says my video card does not support "Aero" feature of windows vista...... what should i do?
is it possible to upgrade my video card (which is probably embedded on the motherboard)?

without an option to put an agp video card in that older entry level computer, I would not try to go with vista at all

you would need 1 gig of ram also

Trust me stay with XP for now. a lot of people had to fully upgrade there PC or buy a new one don't do it unless you really want to there is no reason to upgrade since XP is still supported by every program on the net and vista is still incompatible with a few things so if you have some old programs you want to put on vista most of the time it will not work.
