I just uninstalled Norton, seems like too many problems when I use it. Off topic what is the best freeware out there for virus and malware control? Back to the topic, What should I do to give you the information you need to determine if I have one or many problems? (bad pst file, virus, ect.) I use Windows XP Professional 2002 with SP2 installed, using Microsoft Business 2003 for software. This problem has been happening for about one month. Two months ago, the saving of my pst file and then copying from notebook to desktop and reversed completely failed. Now this stuff is happening. Please help as soon as possible and tell me what reports I need to give to you. Thanks, Kathy |

Using Add/Remove programs does not get rid of everything from Norton. you need to download and run the Norton Removal Tool. After that, download the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. Check any box that refers to Norton. Do not check any box that refers to Microsoft Office applications. Run that then see what happens

Microsoft won't even open properly. Do you mean Office or Microsoft Windows? -------------------- Mark
