Yes, the second set of numbers is 0x8e856cd6, then it says click ok to terminate or cancel to debug. Also... tried repair from add/remove control panel and.... no luck.

See if opens with safe mode & try the repair. To do this go to Start > Run then type in Outlook /safe (copy/paste this because space has to be exact) & click OK. If you have the full Office Suite, try running Detect/Repair from another program such as Word.

Tried in safe mode and go Instruction @ 0x310071a2 Refernced memory @ 0x55a9dbb7 memory could not be read. Then tried detect/repair from word and tried again and nothing same error just some of the numbers change.
