If there can be sound file to be put inside, in what particular format it should have to be so as it can be played without a flaw?

Hello,

You can download music from itunes store and other places like Amazon. Once they are on your computer, you can put them on your ipod by using itunes or http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/

Ipods can operate a few file types, but I would advise using .mp3 format.
Regards,

Alan.
