ONE OF MY PC'S CAN NOT ACCESS ANY WEB SITES EITHER THROUGH EI OR AOL. I CAN SEND AND RECEIVE EMAIL BUT CAN'T GET TO ANY WEB SITES.
RUNNING THE NETWORK DIAGNOSTIC I OBTAIN A "WINDOWS CANNOT CONNECT USING HTTP, HTTPS OR FTP. THIS IS PROBABLY CAUSED BY FIREWALL SETTINGS....(THERE IS NO FIREWALL ON THE PC AT THIS TIME)....YOU MIGHT NEED TO CONTACT THE ISP...(DONE THAT, THEY COULDN'T HELP)...OR MANUFACTURER OF THE FIREWALL SOFTWARE.
THE ISP POC SUGGESTED I CALL DELL AS IT IS AN INSPIRON 1200, DELL WANTS $50 JUST TO TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEM......
SO CAN ANYONE HELP? PLEASE

Are you using POP to send and receive E-mail?
What version of Windows are you using (some later versions have the Windows firewall turned on by default).
Are you using a Security Suite of any sort that might include a firewall?
What kind of internet connexion are you using?
