Joost Crashing At Startup. Again not sure where it belongs..

My dads computer has a program called "Joost" and it seems to always crash at startup I really don't understand what is wrong with it..
I am sorry I'm being so annoying..Haha..

I noticed it's still in the BETA stage, so who knows what the problem could be. They do have a support forum on their site
