BleepingComputer.com: Pictures

I have 4 Sperate JPEG pictures, that i want to make into One picture, Four quadrents(1 picture in each quadrant) If you guys dont understand what i mean, i can find a pic...Anyone know how to do this(ie what program) Can i use CS3 ..if so how? Let me Know Please.

You can do that with IrfanView.

Open Irfanview.
Click Image, and select Create New (empty) image...
A Create New Image dialog box will open.
Set the new image width, and height, the colors, and the background color, and click the OK button.
This will open a new blank image.
We'll call this, Blank.
Leave it alone, for a minute.

Now, open each of the 4 images you want to use, in it's own window, in Irfanview.
We'll call them Img01, Img02, Img03, and Img04.

You should now have 5 instances of Irfanview, open.
Img01
Img02
Img03
Img04
Blank

Go back to Blank, and using the Selection Tool, draw out the area that you want to be occupied by Img01.

Go down to Part 3, for information on using the Selection Tool

You have to have a Selection box present, before you can paste an image.
Once you have the area selected, go to Img01, click Edit, and select Copy.
Go back to Blank, click Edit, and select Paste.
This will put Img01 in the area you selected, with the Selection Tool.
Click outside of the selection area, to remove the selection box.

Repeat the same process with Img02, Img03, and Img04.
When you're done, click File, and select Save as....
Name your new image, and pick a place to save it.

It sounds a whole lot more complicated, than it actually is.

Something else.
I think Irfanview's default, is to only allow one instance of Irfanview open, at a time.
If it is, you'll have to change it, to allow more than one instance.
To do that, click Options, select Properties..., and click the Misc. 1 tab.
Go down to Only 1 instance of Irfanview is active, and remove the check, if one is present, then click the OK button.
